The previous pollution source monitoring systems were mostly irregular manual spot sampling methods to monitor environmental pollution. This wastes a lot of manpower data so as not to achieve the desired monitoring effect. Therefore, there is an increasing tendency to monitor environmental pollution in real time through online monitoring.
"CODcr" is designed for the purpose of discharging pollutants from COD polluting companies. It is suitable for sewage outlets that have only a single pollutant discharge factor. It will have on-site control, sample pretreatment, equal-time sampling systems, instruments, etc. The automatic on-line analysis system integrated with testing, data acquisition and remote transmission integrates a single instrument to form a complete online monitoring system for pollution sources; that is, it can monitor the COD (chemical oxygen demand) emission concentration and exceed the standard, and can also calculate Accumulative COD emission, instantaneous flow and cumulative flow of wastewater, and easy access to pH and other instruments that provide various effluent factors for RS485 or 4-20mA signals, such as ammonia nitrogen, hexavalent chromium, etc.

1. Network function: It requires the collected data to be transmitted to the remote service through the network. Or the remote server directly controls this terminal device.
2. Data acquisition card: Collect data of environmental pollution sources and transmit it to the main board through the mainboard RS-232 serial port for preliminary analysis
3. RS-485 transmission function: Spare extension function.
4. Display function: Local display of environmental pollution sources, for the analysis of on-site personnel to determine the use of environmental issues, then the motherboard LCD liquid crystal display.
5. Touch screen: man-machine interface, connected to the motherboard USB port.
6. The entire program is based on Windows XP system development. Therefore, the motherboard must be running Windows XP.
