3、Technical principle Pipeline leak detection system adopts the method of monitoring the pressure wave, temperature and flow rate at both ends of the pipeline to realize alarm, based on the principle of “pressure wave” positioning and “transport analysis”.
The so-called "pressure wave" principle means that when a leak suddenly occurs somewhere in the pipeline, a sudden pressure drop will occur at the leak, and this negative pressure fluctuation will propagate from the leak point to both ends at a certain speed. The sensor captures the waveform of a particular transient pressure drop, which is determined by software leaks. To achieve accurate positioning, it is necessary to accurately calculate the propagation velocity of the pressure wave in the pipe medium and the time difference between the upstream and downstream pressure sensors receiving pressure waves.
The basis of the differential analysis method is the liquid's incompressibility and conservation of mass. In real-time, we perform instantaneous loss in the software, 2 minutes loss, 10 minutes loss, 1 hour loss, 4 hours loss, 8 hours loss, 24-hour loss comparison, once the threshold is exceeded, the system will An alarm is issued but cannot be located.
4. System Configuration The system is a SCADA system with dynamic leakage monitoring capabilities. Real-time data acquisition, transmission and analysis processing enable online leak detection and positioning.
The WSS2000, a special collection module for leak detection system developed by Dongying Wushi Leak Detection Technology Co., Ltd., collects data (4 analog quantities, 4 digital quantities), GPS satellite clock signal timing, and communication (1 RJ45 port, 1 serial port, One 485) integrated together, the product runs stably, has applied for the national patent.
