Lingkun Electric successfully repaired a Siemens S5 programmable controller for a textile mill. Fault: The switch cannot be set to the RUN state when the power is on. The error LED flashes and the programmer cannot communicate with it.

Ling Kun electrical engineers passed the test to confirm that the CPU module was partially damaged. Replaced the cpu and rewelded the solder joints on the interface board. The success of the machine test on Lingkun Electric's 840D system sent the textile mill to normal operation and the maintenance was successful!
