The figure below shows the DA102Dx series schematic diagram. The following diagram can be used to design an IGBT driver board that can drive 2400A/1700V at maximum. The IGBT driver board produced by Falloping Electronics Co., Ltd. adds additional protection and indication and other additional functions.
