In the 1980s, in the early days of reform and opening up, there was a lot of waste, and there was a shortage of materials. The lighting industry started late. It is good to have incandescent bulbs in the city, and the vast rural areas have not yet been opened, not to mention electricity. illumination. Jiufo Electric has a keen insight into the future lighting industry must be a sunrise industry.
Reporter: Nine Buddhas have created many industry firsts. In the early days of reform and opening up, what impact did Jiufo took the lead in reforming the operating mechanism of the company on the development of Jiufo?
Wu: Jiufo Electric dared to be the first person to eat crabs. Jiufo Electric started from scratch, forged ahead, and constantly innovated. Starting in 1988, it broke the fixed wage system of the state employees who were considered to be restricted areas at that time, and fully implemented piece-rate wages. The wages are linked to the output, the quality coefficient, the material consumption index, etc., and the salary of the management personnel is calculated according to the target assessment score. Establish a contract responsibility system for the workshop. The workshop contract assessment includes the material consumption index, quality index, safety index, and technological innovation. Today, it seems that this seems to be a common practice, but at the time it did carry a lot of risks, and it would be ruined.

Wu: Jiufo Electric Appliances started with engineering lighting. The project is not sloppy. Doing a good job of product quality can be said to be a problem that every company is very concerned about. The first is the quality. The quality of many domestic enterprises is not the same as that of their foreign counterparts. The real difference lies in the subtleties. This is the difference between the likes. When the price of raw materials rose and many people made their minds on raw materials in order to reduce costs, Jiufo never used the best in raw materials.
