1. When the single-supply breaker trips, the reclosing action is unsuccessful.
1.1. Release the sound and check which set of protection actions.
1.2. Check the circuit breaker and the outlet part for faults, report and dispatch.
1.3. If there is no fault, you can exit the reclosing. After the dispatcher agrees, the duty officer can test it once. After the trial delivery is successful, the relay personnel are notified to verify the reclosing device. The reclosing can be resumed, and the schedule is reported. After the trial fails, the line is notified.
2. When the double power supply circuit breaker trips:
2.1. Immediately check the operation of the relay protection and reclosing device, report the dispatch, and listen to the waiting, and the on-duty personnel shall not arbitrarily test it.
2.2. If the circuit breaker with synchronous or no-reclosing is tripped, the duty officer shall not operate the control switch arbitrarily before the reclosing is actuated, but shall report the dispatching treatment. It is also necessary to check the outlet conditions according to the reclosing mode. If the reclosing is repeated in the same period, after the circuit breaker trips, it should be operated according to the re-closing when there is voltage on both sides of the circuit breaker and meets the same conditions. If only one side has a voltage, the recloser can only operate if there is voltage on the other side. For example, when the pressureless reclosing is detected, the reclosing device should be operated when the line voltage disappears or decreases to the low voltage relay action value. If the reclosing device does not operate under the above circumstances, the relay personnel should be notified to the device. Perform a verification check.
