Copper clad steel wire CCS wire yields a composite conductivity of15% , 21%, 30% and 40% IACS, and two status of Annealed(A) and hard drawn(H). We can also supply products with various conductivity and tensile strength upon the requirement of customers.
Furthermore, the copper clad steel wire can be processed to be silver plated or tinned CCS wire.

1) Diameter: 0.5- 1.6mm CCS wire.
2) CCS wire  is mainly used as conductor in drop wire and electrical cable
3) CCS wire is divided into soft state/Annealed ("A" kind) and hard state/Hard drawn ("H" kind) 
4) CCS wire is mainly divided into 15%, 21%, 30% and 40% according to conducitivity.
5) CCS wire manufacture standard:
ASTM B 869-96(CCS wire is used for CATV lead wire) 
ASTM B 452-93(CCS wire is used for electronic product)
