[High-tech LED News] Taiwan Sapphire Substrate Factory Zhaoyuan Technology (4944-TW) 2011 Q1 revenue is NT$911 million, net profit after tax is 74.82 million yuan, and net profit per share after tax is 1 yuan. The key material of ultra-high brightness white/blue LED is sapphire wafer nano-precision machining technology, which is currently the largest in Taiwan. Suppliers of sapphire wafers with lithium niobate, lithium niobate wafers and LED epitaxial sapphire substrates, and provide hard and crisp substrate requirements worldwide.
At present, Zhaoyuan has a 2-inch LED sapphire substrate as its main product, with a monthly production capacity of 150,000 pieces. It has completed the research and development of 6-inch sapphire substrates, and its future performance is pretty.
