Kit Composition

1. Reaction plate: 24 parts or 48 parts

〖Steps〗

1. Drop 2 drops of reagent I into the central well of the reaction plate until completely infiltrated.

2. Instill 100 ul of serum into the wells of the reaction plate until completely infiltrated.

3. Drip 3 drops of reagent II into the well of the reaction plate until it is completely infiltrated.

4. Drip 3 drops of reagent I into the well of the reaction plate until it is completely infiltrated.

〖Result judgment〗

Positive: 2 red round spots appear in the center of the reaction plate, which is positive. (Can be compared to the positive control card)

Negative: A red round spot appeared in the center of the well of the reaction plate and was negative. (Can be compared to the negative control card)

〖Precautions〗

1. When the kit is removed from the refrigerator, the reagent should be returned to room temperature.

2. If the indoor temperature is low in winter (about 16 °C), it can be operated in a 37 °C water bath.

3. In the epidemiological investigation of herpes simplex infection, the serum is not diluted. When the acute infection of herpes simplex is diagnosed, the serum is diluted with physiological saline 20 times and then detected.
