The power distribution transformer is an important equipment in the distribution network. At present, in the operation and management of the distribution transformer, it is difficult to obtain information due to the location dispersion of the distribution transformer, the long-term overload movement of the distribution transformer, and the load type of the distribution transformer. A lot of problems have a great impact on the power quality of the distribution network. The distribution transformer intelligent monitoring system is mainly composed of distribution transformer monitoring terminal and data center. When the front distribution transformer is running, the high-voltage side voltage is difficult to measure without the high-voltage metering box. On the basis of the conventional transformer structure, the current transformer is added to the high and low voltage lead-out lines, three high voltages and three low voltages to collect current signals; the measuring windings are added inside the high voltage coil to realize voltage measurement, which is equivalent to voltage transformer and high voltage. The voltage signal; the low voltage leads to the opening of the copper row and is connected through the lead.

(4) Configure a thermometer on the lid to monitor the oil temperature, and also configure a platinum resistor on the smart module to monitor the oil temperature simultaneously with the thermometer.


(5) Add electrical connectors on the cover, fully ensure the electric strength between the contacts and the contacts, and increase the sealing silicone inside to prevent the oil from leaking. Pass the current, voltage, temperature and other parameters to the intelligent module through the connector. .


(6) The transformer fuel tank adopts a corrugated oil tank, and a protective cover is added outside the intelligent module and the electric connector, and the shape is small and beautiful.
