2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Project Overview: Shenhuaning Coal's 4 million-ton/year coal indirect liquefaction project (hereinafter referred to as â€œthe projectâ€) was solely invested by Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., and its construction site is located at Ningdong Coal, Ningdong Energy Chemical Base, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The project occupies a total area of â€‹â€‹560.92 hectares, of which the main plant area (in-plant facilities) covers an area of â€‹â€‹371.06 hectares, the torch occupies an area of â€‹â€‹about 50.24 hectares, and the off-site project occupies an area of â€‹â€‹approximately 139.62 hectares.
The construction scope of the project mainly includes air separation, coal preparation, coal gasification, carbon monoxide conversion, synthesis gas purification, sulfur recovery, oil synthesis, oil processing, tail gas treatment and other process equipment, as well as storage and transportation engineering and public works supporting the process equipment. , auxiliary engineering, service engineering and off-site engineering. 3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bidder must be an independent legal person registered in China and have the ability to perform the contract; the registered capital should not be less than RMB 80 million;
3.2 The request of the bidder is the valve manufacturer, who does not accept the bid from the agent, and does not accept the bid of the consortium;
3.3 The bidder shall provide at least two copies of the F91 material (same or higher than F91) high pressure steam gate valve for the past three years (after 2013), with the valve material being the same or higher than F91, caliber greater than or equal to 10", and pressure rating. The number of greater than or equal to 2500 LB shall not be less than 5 (original of the contract for future reference);
