(hereinafter referred to as the “Tendereeâ€), the Company tendered public tenders for the procurement of spare parts for the drive motor of belt conveyors of Tianjin Coal Sinoma Coal Huaneng Coal Terminal Co., Ltd., and selected the contractor.

First, the scope of tender
1. Project Overview: The goods subject to this tender require the bidder’s work and supply scope to be a turnkey method, including the technical assistance documents for the bid to complete the auxiliary design, manufacture, assembly, supply, and transportation of the project. Handling, installation, insurance, risk and corresponding services such as on-site storage, installation and commissioning, inspection, commissioning, functional guarantee testing, operation acceptance, personnel training, on-site service, and other services required during the warranty period. The quality should meet the requirements of the relevant national standards.
2, the scope of tender (quantity): See technical specifications or equipment list.
Second, the source of funds: The source of funding for the project is self-raised funds and loans.
Third, bidder qualification
Any legal person who has the following qualifications and other contents of this announcement and is willing to respond to the invitation for bids and can participate in bidding competition may participate in the open bidding of this project.
1. The bidder must be legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, have legal personality and business license, and legally and financially independent and legally operating is not an affiliate of the bidder.
2. The bidder must have good bank credit and business reputation, and must have sufficient financial capacity or bank credit to bear the project. Not being ordered to suspend business, property was taken over, frozen and bankruptcy.
3. The business scope of the bidder’s business license shall cover the product of this tender, and the registered capital of the enterprise must not be less than RMB 25 million.
