Committed to the AGV robot market today, the international robotics technology to create the future

Today, Shenzhen International Logistics Technology Co., Ltd., a well-established brand with the slogan “Smart Logistics – Intelligent Manufacturing System Integrated Solution,” took a bold step in November 2016 by establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary called Shenzhen Today International Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. This move positioned the company as a key player in the AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) industry, showing strong ambition and strategic vision. With a registered capital of 50 million yuan, the subsidiary achieved sales exceeding 60 million in its first year, quickly gaining recognition as a major force in the AGV robot sector. The future looks promising for today’s international robots, as they transition from smart logistics system integrators to intelligent logistics equipment manufacturers. Their innovative approach and long-term planning have not only met the company's expectations but also attracted significant attention from the industry. To share their journey and insights, Mr. Xu Feng, Vice President of Today International Group and General Manager of Today International Intelligent Robots, recently sat down for an interview with "Logistics Handling Robots" magazine. He expressed his willingness to contribute to the industry by sharing valuable experiences and perspectives. The Reason Behind Today International’s Establishment of the Robot Company Today International has always adhered to the principle of “stability,” which is closely tied to its industrial clients. These clients expect reliable and consistent service. This philosophy extends into the establishment of the robot company, where the parent company invested 50 million yuan initially to ensure stable growth. As a leading provider of smart logistics and intelligent manufacturing system solutions, Today International has spent 18 years immersed in system integration across various industries. However, with more equipment manufacturers entering the system integration market, competition has intensified. In this environment, Today International realized the need for independent R&D of core equipment to enhance brand competitiveness and maintain flexibility in decision-making. This led to the birth of Today International Intelligent Robots, focusing on AGVs and industrial robots, with the goal of becoming a professional developer, manufacturer, and seller of intelligent logistics equipment. [Image: Deep cultivating AGV – Today International Robotics Technology Creates the Future] According to Mr. Xu Feng, establishing the subsidiary allows the parent company to access more efficient and reliable AGV equipment while reducing costs. For instance, as production of laser-guided forklift AGVs increases, working with suppliers becomes more flexible, helping reduce costs and improve overall competitiveness—benefiting all stakeholders. Competitiveness of Today International Robots In the competitive AGV market, what sets Today International apart? According to Mr. Xu Feng, the company follows a strategy of “three persistences”: sticking to mature technology, adhering to industrial principles, and exploring practical applications. Sticking to Mature Technology Today International relies on proven technologies, particularly the laser navigation method used in its flagship product—the laser-guided forklift AGV. This technology is supplied by Kollmorgen NDC, a trusted name in the industry with decades of market validation. While many domestic companies are developing their own navigation systems, Today International believes that relying solely on self-research may not yield optimal results in the short term. Instead, they prioritize using top-tier components and adhere to European standards in design and quality control. The NDC platform is independently developed, and the chassis and gantry are imported from Europe, ensuring high performance, stability, and longevity. Sticking to Industrial Principles Industrial customers demand reliability and durability. Unlike consumer products, which often prioritize innovation, industrial products must be stable, safe, and cost-effective. For example, in the tobacco industry, AGVs must operate reliably for over ten years without failure. This focus on long-term value drives Today International’s commitment to quality and stability. Exploring Practical Applications Today International leverages its 18 years of experience in smart logistics and intelligent manufacturing system solutions across sectors like tobacco, new energy, and cold chain. This deep understanding of real-world challenges allows them to design AGVs that are not only functional but also highly reliable. They also emphasize the development of core technologies such as software and dispatch control systems, which are critical to the efficiency of AGV operations and logistics production lines. Positioning and Market Prospects Today International positions itself as a leader in quality and stability, targeting mid-to-high-end customers. Currently, their main product is laser-guided AGVs, but they plan to expand their product line in the near future. In 2018, they aim to launch high-precision and clean-type AGVs, improving positioning accuracy from 10mm to 5mm. They also plan to develop and implement heavy-duty AGVs. Mr. Xu Feng emphasized that the company will continue to analyze the market from the perspective of equipment manufacturers, conduct forward-looking research, and contribute positively to the AGV industry with a healthy and sustainable approach.

Our Services & Strength
1.Low MOQ with customization , but delivery fast
2.Sourcing Manufacturer
3.16-years Experience R & D Team
4. We supporting Cooperation Model: Bulk Wholesale & Retail & Agent Sales & OEM & ODM.
(1) Check the original appearance of the circuit board. Pay attention to cleanliness and appearance inspection.
(2) Inspect the mask, including specified color, specified thickness, quality defects, and pitting.
(3) Is electroplating sufficient? Adequate electroplating is difficult to measure. If the requirements are strict, the current requirement is based on the plating thickness.
(4) Is the hole centered around the pad (annular ring and alignment)?
(5) Is the hole size correct?
(6) Does the appearance match the artwork?
(7) Does the steel mesh match the printing position of the circuit board?
(8) Is the overall circuit board size correct?
(9) Is the PCB warped?
(10) Is there copper on the edge of the PCB board?
(11) PCB tracking width tolerance.
