HD streaming will improve the shortage of 4K sources

4K ultra-clear resolution is an inevitable development trend of the TV industry, and will replace 1080P in the future and become the mainstream. For consumers, when and whether it is necessary to update, it is the main reason we have reservations about 4K. Obviously, using 1080K to play 1080P or even traditional SD TV programs is a great waste; while 4K sources are less, it also limits its popularity. However, in 2014, the 4K film source problem seems to be improving, and the answer is streaming media. Of course, 4K streaming video will also bring a series of problems. For example, which suppliers are there, how much bandwidth is needed, how they will be compressed, how the picture quality is, etc. Let's take a look at what is currently known. Which streaming platforms will support 4K video? Where does the 4K content come from? Ultra clear streaming media will bring you a new experience Currently, foreign video sites including Netflix, Amazon, M-GO and YouTube will support 4K ultra clear content this year. Among them, Netflix will be the first to provide natural documentary, well-known American drama "House of Cards" and other content; Amazon is more promising, will jointly provide 4K video content with Lionsgate, Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox and Discovery Channel. M-GO is supported by DreamWorks and is expected to offer a large number of 4K cartoons. Finally, YouTube is working with Sony Pictures, or will bring some heavyweight 4K movie content. As for the domestic market, only the top 100K offers some 4K content, but I believe that Youku, Tencent, Sohu and other giant crocodiles will also take action and launch 4K channels as soon as possible. What kind of TV do you need? In general, you need a 4K TV, but most of the early models can't support Ultra HD streaming decoding or applications, but I believe that vendors such as Samsung may provide an external form of repair. As for the specific model selection, you need to know the streaming service of the platform supported by the purchased model, which is very important. Of course, 4K content can also be obtained through a set-top box that supports the 4K streaming media platform. How much network bandwidth do you need? Obviously, streaming video with 4K resolution has higher requirements for the network environment. Refer to Netflix, Amazon data, at least 15Mbps-20Mbps bandwidth. Unfortunately, even if users have a good network environment, they can't fully guarantee the smoothness of 4K streaming media, sometimes depending on the platform server and Internet Service Provider (ISP). For example, even if we reach a 20Mbps broadband connection in our home, sometimes playing 1080P online video is still not smooth enough. This requires platform service providers to optimize decoding, provide more stable servers and ISP optimization. In addition, if the broadband in your home is not monthly billing but based on traffic billing, watching 4K online video may not be a good idea. Similarly, using 4G network to view 4K video traffic will be amazing. What is the quality of the compressed image? Obviously, the image quality of streaming video is compressed and optimized compared to local video. Obviously, excessive compression will cause some large color blocks when moving fast, which will reduce the image quality. However, thanks to the advancement of compression technology, the current Blu-ray format has been well-received when it is compressed into 1080P online video. In the era of 4K streaming, H.265 and other compression standards will have better picture quality, users will feel the difference with 1080P, it will be a qualitative leap for streaming video.

Usually,10 & 20 layers PCB are HDI board, but some are not .Some with big trace width and space, holes are over 0.3mm too. We have much experience in doing 10 Layer PCB & 20 layer PCB.
A ten-layer board should be used when six routing layers are required.  Ten-layer boards, therefore, usually have six signal layers and four planes.  Having more than six signal layers on a ten-layer board is not recommended.  Ten-layers is also the largest number of layers that can usually be conveniently fabricated in a 0.062" thick board.  Occasionally you will see a twelve-layer board fabricated as a 0.062" thick board, but the number of fabricators capable of producing it are limited..

High layer count boards (ten +) require thin dielectrics (typically 0.006" or less on a 0.062" thick board) and therefore they automatically have tight coupling between layers.  When properly stacked and routed they can meet all of our objectives and will have excellent EMC performance and signal integrity.

A very common and nearly ideal stack-up for a ten-layer board is shown in Figure 12.  The reason that this stack-up has such good performance is the tight coupling of the signal and return planes, the shielding of the high-speed signal layers, the existence of multiple ground planes, as well as a tightly coupled power/ground plane pair in the center of the board.  High-speed signals normally would be routed on the signal layers buried between planes (layers 3-4 and 7-8 in this case).
